2023 has been a very hectic year with various family social activities
besides having to cope with some health issues,
in my case my left shoulder has not improved since my keyhole surgery,
as a result I am handicapped not able to play my musical instruments
and missed out entertaining during this festive season.
Betty fortunately is keeping well and again has excelled with her yearly Christmas cakes. This year Betty has come up with a complete new set of Sugar Craft icing which I am featuring in 2023-24 Christmas greetings card.
The other highlight of 2023 for me is the success I have achieved since joining
Slimming World - see link below.
and enjoying my daily swim & Gym at our
Superb Worcester Park River Club.

1st Doctor to be in the family
in 2 years time.
Hi Grandad
Please see attached some pictures of me working at Chesterfield Royal Hospital on the Gastroenterology ward! I spent 12 weeks working there, taking bloods, putting in IV cannulas, working in A&E booking in new patients and taking their histories. I also got to observe surgery and participate in outpatient clinics. I had a great time!
